We strived to make our online booking as easy as possible.
To book a transport, simply enter the number of passengers and click on the "order" in the selected transport and fill-in the necessary data. It is highly recommended to check the correctness of the entered data prior to confirmation of the order. After submitting a booking, you will receive an email containing the payment information.
A prior registration on the website is not required.
Online booking can be done without a registration. The system of the website will automatically generate a username and a password right after your first order and will send it to you at the email address you provided. After you log in, you can track your order status. Updates to the status of your order will be sent to the email address you entered as well.
Order status explained:
Waiting for the payment = your order has been checked, and we are awaiting your payment.
Processing the order = your order has been checked and the payment has been received. However, your eTicket has not been issued yet.
Processed = This status is assigned to your order on the day when we have received your payment and your eTicket is to be delivered to your mailbox shortly. The printed eTicket serves as a valid transport ticket.
